• President of an international Orthodox Christian charity, Churches & hospitality units, sales exceeding £4 Million ($8 Million) annually.

• 24 retail bookshops, 180+ employees located throughout the United Kingdom.

• In this capacity, responsibilities included hiring, coaching and training retail store managers. Developed flat world approach to management structure for flexibility and cost savings. Implemented vibrant web presence.

• Overseeing purchasing, suppliers, manufacturers.

• Acquired redundant Churches from the Church of England. Responsible for maintaining Churches and bringing them back to use as Christian Churches for the Eastern Orthodox Church.

• Established hospitality units for the Charity.

• Developer & CEO for a Text Marketing Business, www.FreeTextDeal.com, offering a marketing strategy for the expanding mobile phone text business.

• Developer for a Medical Distribution & Medical Office service business, Flintdale Medical. Marketing efforts for a Medicare Protocol involving Durable Medical Devices.

• Recruitment, hiring and training representatives in multiple State expansion. Owner/developer for a Network Marketing business.

• Approximate distributor network of 1500+ National and International.

• Position included sales, recruiting, and marketing. Additionally,did speaking, training and for audiences of up to 6000. Some of these engagements were to international audiences that involved translated speaking. Personal business and life coaching to very select candidates.

• District Manager for Carls Jr Restaurants.

• Oversaw all operations for 6 franchise stores.

• Handled all hiring and training of management candidates.

• Coached these managers to develop themselves as leaders of their store crews. Developed and opened a new concept in sit down and fast food operations for a chain of 9 deli restaurants in Tucson, Sierra Vista and Sonoita, Arizona.

• Managed all phases of development, including leasing, planning, site selection, purchasing, equipment installation.

• Handled all recruitment, training development and coaching of staff of managers and crew members, employing 50+.

Major Retail Sales Experience

 

• Retail Sales Advisor (top producer) for a Recreational Vehicle Dealership. Additionally helped implement a management training protocol for hiring and training new recruits.

• Retail Sales Consultant for a high end Cadillac, Buick and GMC dealership. Gained invaluable experience in one on one problem solving for individuals in what is normally a very adversarial retail role.

• Retail Sales Consultant for Jaguar, Land Rover and other luxury brand automobiles.

 

Professional Pilot Experience Roles

 

• Combat trained attack/fighter pilot, flying the A7D Corsair 2, and later the A10A Warthog. Experience included functional check flight (FCF).

• A-10A Formal course Instructor Pilot. In this role, was able to instruct individual pilots on all phases of being an officer and pilot in the very highly demanding role of a single seat fighter pilot.

• Search and Rescue (SAR) Sandy Pilot in both A7D and A10A. Was key in implementing the role for the A10A.

• Instructor Pilot instructor. Demanding the most from your students, while bringing them back home alive is a challenge without merit in most civilian roles. Besides being a great pilot, you must constantly be monitoring your students who were also flying in their own planes.

• Developing the young officers as a pilot is not only about skills learned, but also about the mind game of of focus and concentration to the tasks at hand.

• Additional duties included, Squadron Historian, Simulator IP, Range Safety and Air Traffic Control Officer, Runway Supervisor, Life Support and Safety Equipment Officer.

• Civilian contract Instructor pilot in the Royal Saudi Air Force in F15C aircraft systems and weapons in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

• This role demanded skills of instructing virtually unmatched in any military or corporate role.

• Trained foreign students in their country in a very complex and demanding weapons system, while being mindful of their extremely prideful background. Many of these students were not only young, aggressive and inexperienced, but also of Royalty.

• The skills learned here are some of the more valuable lessons that can be learned by coaching with PWB.

• Liaison for Goodyear Aerospace, McDonnell Douglas and the RSAF/USAF.

• Range Safety Supervisor – RSAF – Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for the safe conduct of flights conducting bombing missions on controlled and uncontrolled targets.

• USAF Bombing Range Controller - Gila Bend AAF, AZ

• Captain on an international airline Great Lakes Airlines (dba United Express).
